We're looking for a Finance Assistant Apprentice to support key financial processes across our operations. In this role, you'll help manage SJS invoices, ensure compliance in processing, and act as a central point of contact for the daily management of G4S and merchant acquiring contracts. You'll also work closely with the ETC team on banking administration and help ensure new business acquisitions follow standard Sodexo banking procedures. This is a great opportunity to build strong financial skills while contributing to smooth, accurate, and compliant financial operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage O2C requests and enquiries
- Act as a local point of contact to resolve escalated issues and urgent requests
- Execute physical cash collection and delivery requests from customers when required
- Management of G4S contracts for the business
- Supporting the implementation of financial processes
