Energy Data Manager & Coordinator

Location: Home based with occasional travel to sites

Contract: Full time - 40 hours per week - Permanent

Salary: Up to £33,000

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Energy Data Manager & Coordinator to support our Energy & Sustainability and Capital Projects teams. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative or coordination experience who wants to grow their career in energy management, commercial operations or project delivery. You’ll work across a variety of properties and clients, helping us reduce energy use and carbon emissions while keeping key activities running smoothly.

What you’ll do

  • Team Support - Provide coordination and administrative support across Energy, Commercial and Project Management workstreams.
  • Data & Reporting - Manage utilities data, maintain accurate records and produce reports, summaries and presentations.
  • Commercial & Billing - Assist with invoice checks, queries, cost collation and bid documentation.
  • Governance & Compliance - Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent and auditable.
  • Stakeholder Coordination - Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and clients, responding to queries professionally and promptly.

What you’ll bring

  • Essential skills and experience
  • Previous experience of managing data
  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordinator or team support role
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Positive, flexible approach and willingness to learn
  • Excellent written English and strong verbal communication skills are essential for this role
  • Ability to draft clear, accurate and professional correspondence, reports and supporting documents with minimal supervision

Desirable

  • Experience supporting commercial, project or operational teams
  • Experience with reporting, billing, budget tracking or data collation
  • Exposure to quality assurance or compliance processes
  • Experience in energy, utilities, facilities management or construction/project environments
