The Sodexo Stop Hunger Foundation (SH) is looking for engaged and diverse voices to join its Community Advisory Board, bringing together perspectives from lived experience, community organisations, partners, donors, clients and volunteers. This Board exists to provide independent community insight, external perspective and constructive challenge to support the Foundation's strategy and decision-making.

As a member, you will help strengthen how we listen to and learn from communities, identifying risks, opportunities and gaps, and ensuring our programmes and partnerships reflect the realities of those we aim to support.

What you will do:

  • Provide strategic insight grounded in lived experience, sector knowledge and an understanding of community realities.
  • Strengthen SH's awareness of local needs, regional and community challenges.
  • Identify risks, opportunities and gaps that may influence SH's mission and long term direction.
  • Champion community led approaches to programme and partnership design.
  • Offer independent, constructive challenge during strategic discussions and decision making processes.
  • Share insights into funder priorities, client perspectives, partnership value or community contexts (depending on your background).
