What you'll do:
- Ensure that a clean and compliant environment within the facilities of the GMP assets, are in line with GMP requirements and delivered to the highest level of cleanliness.
- Supervise the housekeeping team which incorporates services to the general areas, offices, laboratories and a GMP cleaning service.
- Manage a team of night workers across the GMP areas.
- Meet the demands of customers by completing and ensuring the required cleaning tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and as requested via service manager.
- Ensure all documentation is correctly completed and within the agreed time scales.
- Actively seek and identify opportunities for business growth within your work area.
- Ensure prompt provision and efficient service at the specified time to the standards laid down in the KPIs.
- Walk the floor during cleaning tasks to identify and rectify any issues relating to the cleaning standards of the assets.
- Carry out Great Training and GMP training for all staff.
- Ensure that Sterile Stock and Plant Pyjamas have been stocked to a necessary level to ensure availability for night shift and the morning shift.
- Attend/carry out team board meetings in the absence of Customer Service Manager.
- Comply with all Company & Client policies, site rules and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.
