As a Facility Coordinator with Sodexo, you'll enhance the services of our vibrant corporate site, offering a helping hand to ensure flawless facilities operations and keep things running smoothly.

What you'll do:

  • Work on a ‘4 on 4 off’ shift pattern 7-days a week.
  • Ensure the area is compliant with relevant Health and Safety procedures.
  • Ensure that the area is compliant with environmental procedures.
  • Ensure that the site rules are observed.
  • Have a level of understanding and appreciation of Client procedures and Safe Systems of work.
  • Issue Permit to Works.
  • Manage multiple PPM and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Be IT literate and conversant in the use of Client business systems i.e. SAP / Prime / RAP SSOW.
  • Work on own initiative, be efficient, flexible, reliable, and keen to develop skills and experience.
  • Have a full working knowledge of the building including all services.
  • Identify basic maintenance tasks and report as required.
  • Diagnose problems and propose practical solutions.
  • Concentrate and pay attention to detail in making judgements based on the analysis of information and experience.
  • Work within well-defined guidelines, occasionally making on-the-spot decisions to solve technical problems related to the role holder's area of expertise under ‘live pressurised situations’.
  • Support Facility Technicians with routine maintenance.

  • Previous experience in a similar client-facing role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are the key.
  • A positive, energetic and proactive attitude.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
