Role Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality service delivery through efficient management of staff and continuous improvement of products and services. Seek customer feedback and develop the lounge product accordingly, communicating improvements to Emirates personnel.
- Responsible for the presentation of all food and beverages, ensuring quality, quantity, and display meet specifications.
- Plan and delegate tasks to team members before each shift. Supervise, train, motivate, guide, and counsel staff to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure staff comply with documentation requirements, updating work logs and timesheets for smooth operations.
- Oversee ordering of all supplies to ensure sufficient stock of F&B and other materials at all times.
