Lounge Host at Emirates Lounge Birmingham Airport, Terminal 1

Package Description
- £13 per hour
- 35 hours per week
- 4 on 2 off shift pattern (2 early, 2 late, 2 off) 08:00-15:30 & 15:00-22:30

Main Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, including food and beverage presentation and service, to lounge customers
- Set up the bar, ensuring condiments, glasses, and cups are neatly arranged
- Load service counters and maintain supplies during service
- Keep lounge seating areas clean and well-arranged
- Assist with food preparations such as fruit plates and cheese boards
- Maintain lounge cleanliness during operating hours
- Offer friendly, efficient service to meet customer needs
The Ideal Candidate
Essential:
- Front of house and customer-facing experience
- Food service experience
- Highly motivated and attentive to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team
