You\\\’ll bring our service to life by engaging with guests, creating a memorable pre-flight experience. You\\\’ll play your part in getting the world moving again and bringing families together!

Package Description

• 30 hour minimum contract
• £12.60 per hour
• 4 out of 7 weekly rota
• 8 hours shift ranging from 3.30am start to 8pm finish

Main Responsibilities

• To be able to present the menu to customers and is familiar to all dishes.
• To ensure that Service Standards and Procedures are always followed.
• To ensure all counters are set up to the agreed standard and specification.
• To ensure that a ready supply of all service items is always available, liaising with Chefs and back of house staff to ensure a smooth, efficient service to our customers.
• To ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
• To ensure the dining area is kept clean.
• To provide refills of water and other beverages
• To be able to accommodate customers\\\’ needs and questions.

• Front of house and customer facing experience
• An element of food experience
• Highly motivated
• Attention to detail
• Able to work on own initiative within a team environment
