Sodexo is seeking an exceptional Workplace Experience Manager to lead the delivery of a 5 Star customer experience at our prestigious London Headquarters.
This is a high-profile leadership role responsible for creating an environment that reflects Sodexo's commitment to excellence, hospitality, and innovation. Acting as a Centre of Excellence for our organisation, you will bring our core values of Service Spirit, Team Spirit, and Spirit of Progress to life in everything you do.
You will serve as the single point of contact for all Workplace Experience services and stakeholders, including senior leadership, while developing and inspiring a high performing team.
People Leadership & Team Development- Lead, coach, and inspire a high performing Workplace Experience team, embedding a culture of exceptional service.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop talent to deliver consistent 5 Star customer service.
- Conduct performance reviews, team briefings, and development conversations.
- Promote Sodexo values, fostering collaboration, empowerment, and accountability.
- Create a warm, seamless, and memorable experience for colleagues, clients, and visitors.
- Oversee front-of-house operations, reception, hospitality services, meeting rooms, and event support.
- Ensure all touchpoints meet or exceed global workplace experience standards.
- Manage feedback channels and implement actions to enhance satisfaction and service impact.
- Act as the single point of contact for all Workplace Experience services at HQ.
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, internal stakeholders, suppliers, and partners.
- Provide clear, proactive communication on service performance and improvements.
- Support corporate events, executive visits, and VIP engagements.
- Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Champion digital solutions, workplace technologies, and best practice.
- Lead initiatives that enhance productivity, wellbeing, sustainability, and efficiency.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure Sodexo remains at the forefront of workplace experience strategy.
- Deliver services safely, efficiently, and in line with SLAs and KPIs.
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational plans effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, risk management, and company policies.
- Prepare and present performance reports and insights to senior leadership.
- A strong customer focus and ability to anticipate stakeholder needs.
