Package Description 13.90 per hour Rota 4 on 2 off consisting of / - 4 early, 2 off, 4 late, 2 off 4 early Immediate start Main Responsibilities Main Duties Run the kitchen pass and food running team to ensure smooth delivery of the food service to the customer Work closely with Sous Chef to ensure tickets are completed in 12 min service time Attend Virgin team briefings and relay to the food running team Assist Sodexo Live! management in maintaining the roster and has appropriate cover and holiday planning Manage the KDS systems to ensure that ticket rolls are replaced and open order are completed routinely to keep system functioning optimally Dealing with customer complaints if appropriate with the assistance of the Duty Manager Ideal Candidate Previous experience in catering hospitality, fine dining or banqueting environment Understanding of food hygiene and customer service Excellent customer service skills First class communication skills and to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail The ability to demonstrate great leadership and teamwork41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
