This is an exciting time to join a business that works with major events and high‐profile clients across the sport travel and hospitality world.
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic sales professional to drive hospitality and travel package sales to some of the world's most prestigious sporting events. This role is about sourcing and nurturing relationships with global sports fans and corporate clients, working diligently to develop connections and partnerships that endorse our service offering and enhance our market presence. What You'll Do
- Drive sales growth across STH Group's sport travel and hospitality offerings
- Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and pitching through to closing deals
- Source, build and nurture relationships with global sports fans and corporate clients
- Work with prestigious clients to create tailored sport travel and hospitality solutions
- Deliver confident, compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with senior leadership and wider Sodexo Live! teams based in Richmond upon Thames
- Represent STH Group and Sodexo professionally at client meetings and industry events
What We're Looking For
- You do not need a background in sport or stadium environments – your sales track record is what matters most.
- Has a strong background in sales with clear examples of deals they've closed
- Is comfortable working with high‐profile or prestigious clients
- Is confident, personable and enjoys client‐facing, relationship‐focused work
- Has the confidence to pitch, negotiate and close with credibility and impact
- Ideally has an interest in sport or live events (a bonus, not a requirement)
- Is able to work 3 days per week in our Richmond upon Thames office
