Salary: £27,500 pa + excellent benefits

Hours: 40 hrs per week (5/7) – evening and weekend work required. All NUFC home games and events to be worked. Free onsite parking, staff lunch provided.

Job Introduction: At Sodexo Live!, we create unforgettable experiences at iconic venues. From matchdays to major events, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to support the end‐to‐end recruitment and onboarding of a large casual and contracted workforce at Newcastle United Football Club. This fast‐paced, hands‐on role involves supporting our teams to be trained, compliant and ready to deliver exceptional hospitality on matchdays and beyond.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for casual and contracted colleagues across the stadium.
  • Support matchday and event staffing through pre‐planning and on‐the‐day coordination.
  • Arrange and deliver inductions to large groups (10–100+).
  • Manage Right to Work checks, compliance documentation and personnel records.
  • Support training bookings and maintain accurate training records.
  • Work with labour management and payroll systems to ensure accurate data and timely pay.
  • Coordinate on‐site recruitment events and support community recruitment initiatives.
  • Engage the casual workforce through newsletters, social channels and regular communications.
  • Act as a key point of contact for staffing queries, welfare and engagement.
  • Support uniform management and matchday staff check‐in.

What You Bring:

  • Essential: Experience in recruitment or high‐volume administration.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging large groups.
  • Experience in hospitality, catering or event‐led environments.
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast‐paced, changeable setting.
  • Desirable: Payroll or HR administration experience.
  • Experience working in large venues or high‐volume events.
  • Familiarity with labour management systems.
