We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of mechanical, electrical and fabric (Hard FM) projects at our prestigious client site in London. You will be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest standards of safety, quality and client satisfaction. This is a client-facing role requiring strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate effectively within a live corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through to completion.
- Deliver Hard FM projects valued between £100k and £1m.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related client communications.
- Develop and manage project budgets, programmes and resource plans.
- Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, health and safety standards, and client requirements.
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Produce accurate project reporting and updates for clients and senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned across project delivery.
- Utilise project management systems and tools to monitor performance and provide clear project data.
What we’re looking for:
- Degree qualified or equivalent professional experience.
- 2-3+ years' project management experience delivering construction, building services, M&E or Hard FM projects.
- Experience managing projects valued between £100k and £1m.
- Strong understanding of CDM regulations and statutory compliance requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Experience managing contractors and supply chain partners.
- Project management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP or APM desirable.
- Experience within an outsourced FM or IFM environment is advantageous.
