We currently have an opportunity for Back Of House Hospitality Staff to join our team at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club for the 2025/26 Football Season. This includes working on match days and non-match days, providing a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility. The hospitality areas require bar staff, food runners, and plate waiters to work in the bustling, friendly hospitality areas within the stadium.
We are looking for outstanding customer-focused individuals to join a world-leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression. Ideally, you will have worked within the hospitality sector previously and have a good foundation and knowledge of customer service.

- Match days and non-match days (C&E events) which includes evening & weekend shifts
- Supervise all kitchen staff including CDPs, kitchen porters, and kitchen assistants
- Delegate tasks and ensure time-efficient food preparation
- Train and mentor team members as needed
- Lead service in the assigned kitchen following specifications and instruction from the senior chef team
- Plan and manage timelines for food prep, cooking, and service
- Ensure food is hot, fresh, and ready for service at the correct time
- Calm under pressure: Maintains control and clarity in a high-pressure environment, especially during peak service
- Organisation & efficiency: Able to manage multiple kitchen operations, ensure smooth service delivery, and maintain consistent standards
- Culinary expertise: Strong background in high-volume, quality food preparation with a passion for fresh, innovative dishes
