We are looking for an experienced procurement leader to shape and drive our global approach to Temporary Labor and broader HR Services, partnering closely with Procurement, HR and Operations teams across multiple geographies.
The role requires someone who can combine strategic vision with hands-on execution. You will help define category strategies, lead key sourcing initiatives, strengthen relationships with strategic suppliers and drive the deployment of workforce solutions in critical markets. Above all, we are seeking a procurement leader who understands how to build and deploy category strategies globally, influence diverse stakeholder groups, drive change in a complex international organization.

Main Responsibilities
- Define and execute category management and sourcing strategies for Temporary Labor and HR services across multiple geographies.
- Partner with country Procurement, HR and Operations teams to lead major tenders.
- Drive the implementation and governance of MSP solutions in key markets.
- Develop and manage relationships with strategic global suppliers.
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality, compliance, efficiency, sustainability and value creation.
- Influence senior stakeholders and align diverse business priorities across functions and countries.
- Support Sodexo's procurement transformation by embedding new ways of working and category management best practices

The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in Temporary Labour, Contingent Workforce, Staffing, MSP, and Professional Services categories.
- Proven track record leading multi-country sourcing initiatives and managing strategic supplier relationships.Broader procurement experience beyond HR scope is highly valued.
