Monday to Friday shifts between 7:00am to 5:30pm, 40 hours per week, £15.50 to £16.50 per hour + Sodexo employee benefits package.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hospitality Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hospitality services. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role where you will lead a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining high operational standards.
As Hospitality Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the hospitality service, ensuring a welcoming environment and consistently high levels of customer satisfaction. You will lead, support, and develop a team while ensuring smooth coordination across departments. You will also play a key role in administrative processes, stock control, and operational support, stepping in as a point of contact in the absence of the Catering Manager.
What you’ll do:
- Supervise day-to-day hospitality operations and ensure high service standards
- Lead, train, and support team members, including recruitment and performance management
- Coordinate with departments such as front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Manage stock levels and maintain supplier relationships
- Support administrative tasks, including email communication and reporting
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, Hygiene, Fire Safety, and COSHH regulations
- Act as point of contact in the absence of the Catering Manager
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory or similar role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality service
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and hospitality systems
