Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for building occupants and provide reception cover as required.
- Open and close the office as per rota and support inductions for new users.
- Ensure floor areas comply with health, safety, environmental, and site guidelines.
- Monitor building services and equipment, reporting faults to the relevant service partners.
- Manage workplace supplies, including coffee points, stationery hubs, and multi-functional devices.
- Support deliveries, meeting room bookings, client communications, and provide a high standard of hospitality service.
