The predicted salary is between 28000 - 42000 Β£ per year.
40 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00. However, flexibility will be required to meet business needs.

This is a unique opportunity to join a Global leader in Catering and FM Management with over 430,000 staff worldwide, and support Armed Services Personnel as an Area Catering Manager. You'll understand contract parameters, KPI's and financial targets, ensuring these are met through supporting operational teams on site. Providing support to 6 MOD sites across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire, you will be required to travel to sites across this geography.
Responsibilities
- Ensure sites achieve expected margins through correct use of systems and adherence to compliance standards.
- Support menu refreshes with defence till mapping, display menu updates, and tariff reviews, ensuring successful deployment across all sites.
- Ensure all sites comply with and maintain food safety standards through audits.
- Collaborate with account managers and general managers to drive growth & performance improvements using key initiatives and action plans where applicable.
- Drive performance through adherence to all promotional activity and marketing initiatives, ensuring current promotional and RPG planograms are available.
- Support managers and team members, offering guidance, training, coaching and demonstrations where required.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of working in a management role within catering, including stock management, cash control and customer service.
- People management skills including general HR skills in recruitment, training and managing colleague performance including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Food Safety Level 3 or above.
- Management knowledge of health & safety and food safety.
- Good numerical, interpersonal and communication skills, must be able to demonstrate effective verbal and written communication.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
