Heritage Portfolio is looking for an enthusiastic Logistics Person to join the Edinburgh Team. You would assist in the storage and distribution of goods around site.
Main Responsibilities- Ensure all logistics given tasks are in place and completed as requested.
- Support and adherence to all quality control measures, Health & Safety and Hygiene systems to the desired standard of Heritage Portfolio and client.
- Drive company vehicles under the laws and rules of Heritage Portfolio’s expectation.
- Work as a team to promote harmonious working relationships within the Heritage Portfolio team.
- Report immediately any incidents or accidents, fire, theft, loss, damage, unsuitable offers and take such action as may be appropriate.
- Ensure all processes with regards to the security aspects of the building, stock, personnel and client’s expectations are adhered to.
- Physical movement of equipment and food around site.
- Safe delivery of equipment and food around site.
- Minimum of 2 years driving experience.
- Evidence of being organised.
- Ability to work in a team of mixed abilities and personalities.
- Good appearance and demeanour.
- Demonstrable experience in high-volume catering environment.
- First aid and food safety qualifications.
- High degree of dependability and self-reliance.
