Key Responsibilities
- Welcome all visitors, clients, and employees with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression and ensuring everyone feels valued.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by managing check‑in and switchboard operations in line with our security and GDPR requirements.
- Use reception tools to coordinate, guide, and support guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable visitor experience from arrival to departure.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area, completing regular checks and partnering with service teams to uphold a consistent five‑star standard.
- Foster strong working relationships across departments, embracing a collaborative “One Team” approach and providing support where needed.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and the visitor experience, escalating issues appropriately and contributing to a culture of excellence.
