Salary range of £47,000 to £54,000 depending on experience

We are seeking a dynamic Lifecycle Manager to lead the delivery of Sodexo’s ambitious Living Zone plans for 1 to 5 years within our healthcare estate. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, mobilisation, and completion of projects, working closely with supply chain partners, subcontractors, and our internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining the safety, efficiency, and statutory compliance of our healthcare facilities, supporting a patient centered environment. If you have experience in healthcare estate lifecycle management, supply chain collaboration, and a passion for delivering excellence in a fast paced setting, we want to hear from you.

What You\’ll Do:

  • Implement and operate a condition based monitoring program on all major capital fabric and structures.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee lifecycle works to ensure minimal disruption to hospital operations, including scheduling and access arrangements.
  • Monitor progress of lifecycle projects from start to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and statutory requirements across all activities.
  • Control and manage the Schedule 35 budget, including procurement and project management of small works and variations.
  • Ensure proper commissioning, handover, and documentation of new facilities and lifecycle works, including manuals and CAFM system data entry.
  • Maintain effective communication with estates, trust departments, contractors, and stakeholders to promote efficiency and project success.

What You Bring:

  • Engineering or Building Services Degree level qualification or equivalent experience.
  • PFI and Healthcare Estates experience.
  • Proven track record in Lifecycle Building Services detail.
  • Excellent people management, mentoring, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of Health and Safety at Work regulations.
  • Ability to self manage, work independently, and handle high risk activities.
  • Proficiency with Building Management Systems, automated digital systems, and report writing.
