We are looking for passionate Hospitality Staff to join us at Headingley Stadium for our summer matchday events, including Test Cricket (19th to 23rd August) and our One Day International (24th September). Main Responsibilities
- Working summer events including test and one-day international cricket.
- Handling, preparing and ferrying alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience.
- Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
The Ideal Candidate
- Available for test cricket 19th to 23rd August (ESSENTIAL)
- Experience supervising a bar, or extensive experience working behind a bar, including stock and cellar management (ESSENTIAL)
- Being friendly yet professional
- Being a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism
- Good attention to detail and punctuality
- Being proactive is key
- A flexible “can do” attitude
- The ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
