What you'll bring:
- Relevant Experience: Practical cleaning experience within a cleaning, facilities management or support-services environment; supervisory experience is desirable.
- Leadership & Communication: Ability to guide, coach and support colleagues, communicate effectively and allocate work while maintaining positive working relationships.
- Organisation & Prioritisation: Able to plan rotas, manage absence cover, prioritise workloads and balance hands-on cleaning with supervisory responsibilities.
- Knowledge & IT Skills: Good understanding of Health & Safety, COSHH and safe cleaning practices, with confidence using Microsoft Office and online workplace management systems.
- Desirable Qualifications & Experience: Cleaning or facilities management qualification, IOSH Working Safely (or equivalent), experience in GMP/pharmaceutical, laboratory, healthcare or manufacturing environments, and stock control/order management.
