As a Learning and Development Manager for Sodexo, you are a skilled communicator and enabler of employee success. Your role is crucial in ensuring our teams receive the necessary training and development opportunities to excel and contribute to our organisation\’s success.
We are looking for a Learning & Development Manager to join our Health and Care team supporting ESNEFT (East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust). Flexibility and the ability to travel between Colchester Hospital, Ipswich Hospital, and various community sites are required.
This role manages and delivers all learning and development activities for Sodexo employees across healthcare sites. You will align L&D activities with internal policies and client agreements, providing management information to meet deadlines. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all employees receive appropriate training and help the business meet its learning objectives.

What You\’ll Do:
- Ensure all Sodexo personnel on-site receive required learning and development according to project agreements and policies.
- Deliver high-quality training content aligned with Sodexo\’s standards and client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all learning activities and provide timely reports.
- Work with service managers and leadership to identify and address learning needs.
- Build relationships with site teams, L&D teams, and support contacts for effective learning solutions.
- Collaborate with client groups to ensure training compliance and ongoing development.
- Develop and update Training Needs Analyses throughout the annual cycle.
- Monitor and evaluate learning activities to ensure effectiveness and ROI.

What You Bring:
- Certificate in training, learning, and development or equivalent.
- Experience in providing training or L&D services.
- Effective communication across all levels.
- Experience managing learning provisions.
