Heritage Portfolio are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join the team at our Central Production Kitchen in Leith, Edinburgh. We operate within some of Scotland's leading cultural destinations, including Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh, The Scottish National Portrait Gallery, V&A Dundee, Mansfield Traquair, the Signet Library and Perth and Musselburgh Racecourses.

Main Responsibilities
- Maintain the kitchen and back of house cleanliness in accordance to food hygiene regulations, using the correct cleaning chemicals in the correct areas/surfaces.
- Ensure that the daily, weekly, monthly cleaning schedules are completed and signed for.
- Ensure there are adequate cleaning chemicals and equipment. Make sure they are used and maintained in both a safe and cost effective manner.
- Ensure adherence to all food safety, health and safety policies, procedures and legislation as defined.
- Continuously strive for higher standards of cleanliness.
- Assist in other areas as required by the Exec chef, Sous chefs, Kitchen Manager, CPU operations Manager.
