We are looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistants to support our kitchen operations within a fast-paced hospitality and event environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring kitchens remain clean, organised, and fully prepared to deliver high-quality food service across matchdays, conferences, and premium hospitality events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and thrives within busy environments.
Responsibilities- Support chefs and kitchen teams with food preparation tasks
- Assist with basic food preparation and ingredient setup
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across all kitchen areas
- Follow all food safety, allergen, and hygiene procedures
- Dispose of waste correctly and maintain recycling procedures where required
- Assist with kitchen setup and close-down procedures
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and presentation
- Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods
- Previous experience within a kitchen, catering, or hospitality environment desirable but not essential
