As a Housekeeping Assistant with Sodexo at Unilever Four Acres, George Road, Kingston upon Thames, Surrey, KT2 7PD, you’ll help create a welcoming, clean and comfortable environment for everyone using the site.
You’ll maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene across guest bedrooms, meeting rooms and public areas and laundry facilities.
Your attention to detail and commitment to excellent service will help ensure our guests and colleagues have a positive experience every day.
What you’ll do
- Clean and maintain guest bedrooms, meeting rooms and public areas to a high standard.
- Support the day-to-day operation of the laundry facilities.
- Ensure areas are clean, hygienic, tidy and well presented.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly.
- Follow all health, safety and hygiene procedures.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage or concerns to your supervisor.
- Work as part of the wider team to deliver consistently high standards of service.
What you bring
- Previous housekeeping, cleaning or laundry experience within a hotel, hospitality, healthcare or commercial environment.
- A strong eye for detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment is desirable.
- An understanding of health and safety procedures is desirable.
