You will be responsible for managing your own section of the kitchen, ensuring every dish meets our high standards. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and quality standards
  • Lead in menu planning and recipe development
  • Support, guide, and train junior chefs and kitchen staff
  • IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent qualification
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety, hygiene, cleanliness, COSHH, and fire safety regulations
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment

Requirements

  • City and Guilds 706/1 or 7100 Level 2 and 3
  • Level 3 or higher Food Safety qualification
  • FSA or industry equivalent Allergens
  • Strong culinary skills and a genuine passion for cooking
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy kitchen
  • Clear, respectful communication and a strong team spirit
