Responsibilities
- Accurately take patient refreshment orders, including dietary and allergy requirements.
- Assemble and present patient meals to a high standard.
- Deliver meals to patients' rooms, ensuring comfort and assistance where needed.
- Maintain hygiene standards by cleaning crockery, cutlery, trays, and ward kitchen areas.
- Monitor stock control and complete all required documentation.
- Communicate politely and professionally with patients and staff at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent presentation and customer service skills.
- Good communication and literacy skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
