As an Administrator at Sodexo, based in Ipswich Hospital, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless and supportive experience for patients and visitors. What you'll do:
- Maintain and update staff rotas, ensuring accurate scheduling in line with service requirements and staffing policies.
- Process and manage food orders, liaising with suppliers and operational teams to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Complete daily banking tasks, cash reconciliations, and associated financial documentation.
- Support HR processes including note taking for meetings, return to work interviews, absence tracking, and maintaining accurate personnel records.
- Collate end of month data for operational and contractual reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Provide general administrative support including document preparation, data entry, meeting coordination, and responding to routine enquiries.
- Ordering of supplies and the accurate tracking of deliveries and invoices in close working with the financial team.
- Maintain confidentiality and support compliance with hospital, company, and statutory requirements.
What you bring:
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and other basic IT systems.

- The ability to stay calm, focused, and organised under pressure.
- Previous admin experience is desirable.
