Location: Mars Care & Treats, Oakwell Way, Birstall, WF17 9LU
Hours: Full Time β 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7:00am β 3:00pm
Pay Rate: Β£12.30 per hour

About the Role
Sodexo is recruiting an Industrial Cleaner to support cleaning operations at the Mars Care & Treats site in Birstall. This role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within industrial and production environments, supporting operational efficiency and compliance standards.
The role requires a practical approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in an industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out industrial cleaning tasks in production and operational areas.
- Follow site-specific cleaning schedules, procedures, and safety instructions.
- Use industrial cleaning equipment and approved chemicals safely and correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness standards to support operational and hygiene requirements.
- Follow health & safety, COSHH, and sanitation procedures at all times.
- Report hazards, defects, or equipment issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete assigned tasks.
