As HVAC Technician at Sodexo, we're looking for someone who keeps things running smoothly-the one who knows how to solve problems, offer expert advice, and ensure the hospital estate operates at its best. As a Facilities Specialist at Manchester Foundation University Hospital, you'll be the go-to expert for technical support and maintenance across equipment, building systems, and utility services.

What You'll Do:
- Ensure the safe operation and maintenance of plant, equipment, and systems across the hospital estate.
- Carry out repairs, installations, and testing to a high standard, with a focus on complex systems
- Comply with all health and safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations, including COSHH and fire safety.
- Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
What You Bring:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Heating & Ventilation
- Proven experience in HVAC system maintenance and installation
- Solid fault-finding, problem-solving, and technical repair skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and diagnose issues.
- Excellent time management, teamwork, and communication
- A positive, initiative-taking approach-able to work independently or as part of a team.
