We have a fantastic opportunity for a Casual Catering Host to join us at Lufthansa Lounge London Heathrow. With customer service at the heart of what you do, you will be the first friendly face our visitors will see, and you will set the tone for each guest's experience. You will bring our service to life by engaging with guests, creating a memorable pre-flight experience. You will play your part in getting the world moving again and bringing families together!

Package Description
- Casual Agreement
- £13.60 rate per hour
- Mixed shift pattern: early (4:30-13:30), middle and late (13:30-23:00)

Main Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service from the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverages to the Lufthansa Lounge customers' satisfaction
- Load service counters as and when directed and ensure sufficient supplies throughout the service period
- Ensure that the lounge seating area is clean, sofa chairs and tables are arranged as per the lounge plan
- Maintain lounge cleanliness during lounge operating hours
- Assisting guests with any problems or needs
The Ideal Candidate
Essential- Front of house and customer facing experience
- An element of food experience
- Must be able to work all the shifts
- Highly motivated
- Attention to detail
- Able to work on own initiative within a team environment
- Must be able to provide 5 years of UK work history and 5 years of addresses
- Lounge experience
