Job Description
As a Hospitality Steward with Sodexo at Tidworth Garrison, you\’ll support military personnel on a Ministry of Defence (MOD) base. Your interactions will impact their experience, ensuring a positive and efficient dining service.
Key Responsibilities
- Dining Area Setup: Prepare dining areas, functions, and meeting spaces for service.
- Food Service & Replenishment: Serve meals and replenish food stations as needed.
- Customer Interaction: Provide professional service to military personnel in dining, retail, and other areas.
- Cleaning & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Event Support: Assist with special events and functions.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with your team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements
- Professionalism and Respect: Positive attitude, good communication, and respect for others.
- No Experience Required: Hospitality or food service experience helpful but not necessary. Willingness to learn is key.
- Reliability & Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to needs.
