Located within the stunning grounds of Wellington College, this is an exciting opportunity to join Sodexo in a newly developed Hospitality Operations Coordinator role supporting Catering, Hospitality, Domestic Services and Wellington College Prep.
This is not your typical Hospitality Operations Coordinator role. We're looking for someone highly organised, digitally confident and operationally minded who can bring ideas to life, coordinate multiple projects, and help modernise and develop services across site. From launching new retail concepts and mobile hospitality offers, to supporting online ordering systems, digital marketing campaigns, hospitality initiatives and operational improvements - no two days will look the same.
You’ll work closely with the Executive Chef, Contract Director, General Manager, Kitchen Administrator and College teams to support both short and long-term projects that improve customer experience, increase engagement and help shape the future of hospitality and support services at Wellington College.
