Responsibilities

  • Ensure allocated Hospitality room is set prior to guests arriving
  • Ensuring an in-depth staff brief prior to service
  • Delivering exceptional service to our guests and managing staff
  • Always Adhering to Food Safety alongside Health & Safety procedures.
  • Completing relevant documentation as required by the company
  • Reporting staff potential to the fixed Hospitality management team, to aid in supporting their progression
  • Confident and good knowledge to assist guests with queries alongside resolving any issues
  • Leading and motivating a team, whilst driving a great guest experience and maintaining high service standards
  • Opening/closing procedures of your allocated Hospitality area
  • Adhering to Food Allergens process and procedures.
  • Adhering to Licensing Laws alongside company polices.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changes, working in different rooms when required.
  • Ensuring staff are following Company polices alongside fulfilling their role.

  • Hospitality Manager – Matchdays – Β£18.10 per hour
  • Flexible working – Match Days and Non-Match Days (C&E Events) which includes evening & weekend shifts.
  • Casual Contract
  • Location: Nottingham Forest Football Club
  • This opportunity will be to join the team for the 2026/27 Football Season. With the opportunity to work at Matchdays and Non matchdays, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility. We are looking for outstanding customer focused individuals to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression. Ideally you will have worked within the hospitality sector previously and have a good foundation and knowledge of customer service.
