Responsibilities
- Ensure allocated Hospitality room is set prior to guests arriving
- Ensuring an in-depth staff brief prior to service
- Delivering exceptional service to our guests and managing staff
- Always Adhering to Food Safety alongside Health & Safety procedures.
- Completing relevant documentation as required by the company
- Reporting staff potential to the fixed Hospitality management team, to aid in supporting their progression
- Confident and good knowledge to assist guests with queries alongside resolving any issues
- Leading and motivating a team, whilst driving a great guest experience and maintaining high service standards
- Opening/closing procedures of your allocated Hospitality area
- Adhering to Food Allergens process and procedures.
- Adhering to Licensing Laws alongside company polices.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changes, working in different rooms when required.
- Ensuring staff are following Company polices alongside fulfilling their role.

- Hospitality Manager β Matchdays β Β£18.10 per hour
- Flexible working β Match Days and Non-Match Days (C&E Events) which includes evening & weekend shifts.

- This opportunity will be to join the team for the 2026/27 Football Season. With the opportunity to work at Matchdays and Non matchdays, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility. We are looking for outstanding customer focused individuals to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression. Ideally you will have worked within the hospitality sector previously and have a good foundation and knowledge of customer service.
