We are looking for an organised and customer‑focused Hospitality Coordinator to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operation of our hospitality services. This role is central to delivering a seamless guest experience, acting as the key link between the kitchen, Front of House (FOH) teams, and customers. You will coordinate hospitality events, manage bookings, support service delivery, and ensure all services meet Sodexo’s high standards for quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Events & Service Coordination – plan and organise hospitality events, meetings and catering services; coordinate with kitchen teams, FOH staff and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery; ensure consistent, high‑quality setup and presentation of all hospitality events.
- Customer Service & Guest Experience – deliver excellent customer service across all hospitality bookings; ensure all bookings are delivered on time and in line with Sodexo standards and food policies (including allergens, temperatures and wastage control); handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
- Systems & Technology Management – oversee and manage the Everyday Hospitality booking system, ensuring it is checked daily; troubleshoot system issues quickly and liaise with IT support when required.
- Communication & Team Coordination – lead a weekly hospitality meeting with relevant team members to ensure smooth collaboration between kitchen, FOH and customers; keep all teams informed of new bookings, changes or enquiries; actively participate in team briefs and huddles.
- Health, Safety & Compliance – comply with all Sodexo policies, mandatory training and food safety regulations; report safety observations, incidents and technical faults to the line manager; ensure adequate stock levels to support hospitality bookings.
