Package Description
- £13.90 per hour
- Shift work pattern – 4 days on, 2 days off (2 early, 2 late, 2 off)

Main Responsibilities
- Ensure that the company’s and statutory regulations regarding hygiene, safety, and cleanliness are complied with, and that all tasks are undertaken according to Safeguard regulations.
- Clean allocated pieces of heavy catering equipment using instructions and cleaning materials, including air filter and extraction systems.
- Empty bins and ensure waste is separated as per regulations.
- Dispose of waste materials from catering areas to designated compactors.
- Operate industrial dishwashers and glasswashers in all catering areas.
- Transport provisions, equipment and other catering‑related items as required.
- Maintain a clean working environment at all times, with special regard to hygiene.
- General kitchen cleanliness, including deep cleans.
