An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Rare, Manor Park, Twycross. You will be a vital member of the site team, responsible for overseeing day-to-day cleaning operations, directly managing the on-site cleaning team, and ensuring a professional, high-quality service that reflects Sodexo's standards and values.
What you'll do:
- Deliver and maintain a high standard of cleaning services across the site, providing handsāon support when required.
- Complete weekly building audits and ensure all work orders are actioned within agreed SLAs.
- Lead, support, and train the onāsite cleaning team, ensuring all required training is completed.
- Ensure appropriate staffing cover is maintained during planned and unplanned absences.
- Maintain full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures.
What you'll bring:
- Proven cleaning experience with a strong focus on exceptionally high standards and attention to detail.
- Experience working to cleaning schedules and monitoring performance to ensure consistent delivery.
