The predicted salary is between 12 - 13 Β£ per hour.
30 hours per week Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm. However, flexibility may be required to meet business needs.

Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to provide essential financial and administrative support to our site. This role covers a range of accounting functions, including payroll, invoicing, billing, and month-end tasks, ensuring smooth financial operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate financial records, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Process payments to external partners and manage supplier invoices, credit notes, and purchase orders.
- Organise and store financial documents in both digital and paper formats.
- Assist with month-end procedures, compliance, and reporting.
- Reconcile cash/cheques on a daily basis to prevent errors and ensure that all monies are correctly accounted for.
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and within required timeframes.
- Provide additional financial support as needed.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in finance administration, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- A proactive approach with an interest in career development within finance.
