Hours: 40 per week, Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Technical Administrator to join our Hard FM team at Hereford County Hospital. In this vital role, you'll provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure our Estates, Technical Managers and Project teams can deliver safe, compliant and efficient services across the hospital. What You'll Be Doing
- Providing full administrative support to the Hard Services and Projects team
- Ensuring payroll information is completed and submitted on time each week
- Maintaining accurate departmental trackers, records and P files
- Reviewing outstanding work orders in Maximo, collating costs and preparing recharge packs
- Raising purchase orders and monitoring outstanding PO activity
- Supporting managers with Kronos, absence reporting and pay queries
- Assisting with compliance spot checks and documentation
- Acting as a key point of contact for suppliers, internal teams and Trust managers
- Using CAFM, SharePoint and subcontractor systems to monitor and report data
- Supporting recruitment administration for new starters and leavers
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or technical admin role
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage changing priorities
- Confidence working in a busy, pressurized environment
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, confidential approach
- Good understanding of Health & Safety regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Desirable:
- Experience in a healthcare environment
- NVQ Level 3 in Administration
- Familiarity with SharePoint or CAFM systems
