- Work collaboratively with the NHS Trust, PFI Management Company, and FM teams to align asset management outputs
- Maintain high standards of asset data quality, accuracy, and reporting in line with NHS PAM and relevant frameworks
- Review lifecycle models, expenditure, and residual life to support negotiations and risk allocation at expiry
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks relating to asset condition, maintenance, and compliance
- Oversee the collation and submission of technical documentation and evidence required for handback and assurance
What You Bring:
- Proven experience managing asset-related workstreams on complex estates, ideally within healthcare or PFI environments
- Strong understanding of PFI contracts, FM delivery models, and asset handback obligations
- Solid technical background in asset management, condition surveys, and lifecycle modelling
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and report-writing skills
- Good knowledge of NHS Estates guidance, HTMs, and statutory compliance frameworks
- Competent in the use of asset management and CAFM systems
- Degree in Engineering, Building Surveying, Facilities Management, or a related discipline
