The predicted salary is between 14.15 - 14.15 £ per hour.

Location: Hereford County Hospital

Hours: 40 per week, Monday-Friday - No weekends, No call outs and stable daytime hours.

Shift Times: 7:00-15:30 or 7:30-16:00

Pay: 14.15 per hour (40 hrs)

Overtime: Paid at time and a half after 40 hours

We're looking for a skilled Painter & Decorator to join our Estates team at Hereford County Hospital. You'll help maintain a safe, welcoming and well presented environment for patients, visitors and staff - work that genuinely makes a difference every day.

What You'll Do

  • Carry out internal and external painting, decorating and general maintenance
  • Support planned and reactive maintenance across the hospital estate
  • Maintain high standards of finish, safety and professionalism
  • Work closely with the Estates team and hospital staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Contribute to a positive, safe and efficient working environment

What You Bring

  • Experience in painting, decorating or building maintenance
  • NVQ in Painting & Decorating is desirable, but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others
  • A proactive, flexible approach and commitment to high standards
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is desirable but not required
