What you'll do:
- Ensure all tasks and responsibilities are completed on time and to a high standard, while motivating your team to do the same.
- Oversee cleanliness and hygiene standards in all front‑of‑house areas.

- Promote and enforce health and safety practices – be proactive about spotting and reporting potential hazards to keep everyone safe.
