Practical Skills Instructor at HMP Addiewell is a full-time, permanent role with Sodexo Government Services. You will use hands-on experience to help prisoners develop new skills and gain qualifications that improve employment prospects after release.
We welcome experienced tradespeople or supervisors who can train others, adapt their approach to learners, and work safely within a prison environment. Training towards a recognised teaching qualification is supported within 18 months.
