We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Security Officer to join our team at Diageo Shieldhall.

In this role, you'll help provide a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for colleagues, visitors, contractors, and customers while delivering excellent customer service.

No two days are the same.

You'll be responsible for maintaining site security, responding to incidents, completing routine patrols, and ensuring security procedures are followed at all times.

What You'll Do Carry out security patrols across the site.

Monitor access and control entry to the premises.

Respond to security incidents and emergencies in line with site procedures.

Complete accurate reports and maintain security records.

Deliver excellent customer service to all site visitors and colleagues.

Use basic computer systems to complete daily security tasks.

Work closely with the wider site team to maintain a safe environment.

What You'll Bring A valid SIA Security Guard Licence (essential).

First Aid qualification (essential).

A full UK driving licence.

Confidence and excellent communication skills.

Flexibility and a proactive approach to work.

Basic PC skills.

The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
