About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Financial Administrator to support our accounting and administrative functions on the Diageo contract. This role plays a key part in delivering accurate financial processes, supporting operational teams, and ensuring excellent service delivery to our client.

Main Responsibilities

  • Process billing activities and ensure accurate data transfer between systems
  • Monitor account expenditure and produce weekly financial reports
  • Provide administrative and operational support to Finance and Account teams
  • Support billing activities across multiple sites
  • Meet weekly and month-end deadlines
  • Maintain strong client and customer relationships
  • Respond to queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Attend team meetings, briefs, and performance reviews
  • Report near misses, incidents, and equipment issues
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and complete required training
  • Carry out any additional duties as reasonably requested

The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
