Location: Diageo HQ, Glasgow
Pay: £14.50 per hour
Hours: 22.5 per week
Working pattern: Tuesday-Thursday
Contract: Six-month fixed-term contract, maternity cover

Join Sodexo as a Facilities Administrator supporting our team at Diageo HQ in Glasgow. You’ll provide day-to-day administrative support, helping colleagues stay organised and ensuring information is accurate, accessible and up to date.
If you have strong organisational skills, a helpful approach and an eye for detail, this is an opportunity to contribute to a professional facilities team.
What you’ll do

Provide administrative support to the facilities team and Hub Team Lead.

Maintain accurate records, documents and spreadsheets.

Respond professionally to queries, directing requests to the appropriate colleagues.

Help coordinate day-to-day tasks and follow up on outstanding actions.

Support clear communication between colleagues and site contacts.

Handle information confidentially and follow company procedures.
