Part Time 18 hours per week (guaranteed), with opportunity to increase up to 35 hours depending on business needs.

Shop shifts:

  • Tuesday: 09:45 - 18:45
  • Wednesday: 12:45 - 21:45

Additional hours available: Site Driver duties as required (hours vary in line with operational needs).

We're currently looking for a flexible and reliable Company Shop Assistant & Site Driver to support both the day-to-day running of the staff shop and provide driving support across site when required. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.

What you'll do:

  • Support the smooth running of the on-site company shop, including serving customers and handling transactions.
  • Replenish stock, maintain displays, and ensure the shop is clean, organised, and fully stocked.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to site employees and visitors.
  • Carry out site driving duties, including transporting goods, stock, or equipment as required.
  • Undertake manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting as part of stock movement and deliveries.
  • Complete basic vehicle checks and ensure safe, compliant driving at all times.
  • Assist with stock control, deliveries, and general site support tasks.
  • Follow all health, safety, and security procedures.

What you'll bring:

  • Full, clean UK driving licence (essential).
  • Must be aged 25 or over for insurance purposes.
  • Previous experience in a retail, customer service, or similar role.
  • Comfortable carrying out manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Flexible and reliable approach to working hours and duties.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
