Sodexo delivers a wide range of services to meet the unique and varied needs of each client across Corporate Services. We are seeking an organised and conscientious General Services Manager to join one of our large established clients in Cambridge. This role will be Monday to Friday.
Role Description:
- Work closely with the cluster operations manager in the delivery and management of the full IFM operations to ensure effective and efficient service delivery through compliance with legislation to Sodexo and contractual requirements including the delivery of defined budgets and profit margins.
- Ensure that Health and Safety is given number one priority by delivery of all Safeguard administration in advance of and during operations.
- Deal with all customer issues/queries that arise in a professional, courteous and timely manner to ensure Client associate satisfaction, liaising with onsite Service Providers, AskFM or Senior Management where necessary.
- Demonstrate a knowledge of the building, contractual specification and KPIs are achieved to the required standard of delivery.
- Oversee the operation of departments and review general performance with your team members ensuring they carry out their duties adhering to all prescribed rules and regulations and the Standard Operating Procedure Manual.
